All the Hedgehog services to Stratford (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) now call in to the Waitrose supermarket at the Rosebird Centre, on both the outward and the return journeys. If you don’t want to spend all your time at Waitrose, you can combine it with Stratford town centre by using the new “Park & Ride” bus service – which does accept national concessionary bus passes. So, for instance, you can take the Hedgehog to Stratford town centre, spend an hour there, and then get the Park & Ride from Bridge Street out to Waitrose, do your shopping, and the Hedgehog will pick you up on its return journey. The return time from Waitrose on each of the four days is 12.43.
